Krystle Beauchamp

Construction Project Manager

Krystle is responsible for managing the construction of projects from permitting to completion. She was born and raised on Maui and earned a Doctorate Degree in Architecture from the University of Hawaii at Manoa’s School of Architecture.

Prior to joining Dowling Company, Krystle was a project manager, project engineer and estimator with Maryl Group Construction, Swinerton Builders, and Nordic PCL Construction. She has over 15 years of construction experience successfully delivering commercial and residential projects. She is proficient in collaborating with design consultants, governmental agencies, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.

Krystle has significant experience managing the construction of multi-family projects, hotels, medical office buildings, retail stores, and high-end single-family homes.
