Everett is the Founder and President of Dowling Company. Everett has been developing projects on Maui for more than 30 years and oversees all company operations.
Dowling Company has managed the development and construction of a wide range of projects including public and private schools, office buildings, shopping centers, retail buildings, residential subdivisions, and master-planned communities.
Everett served on the Board of Regents of the University of Hawaii and the Board of Trustees of Babson College. He is currently the Chairman of the Saint Anthony School Foundation and serves on the Maui Lānaʻi Islands Burial Council and the South Maui Community Plan Advisory Committee. Everett graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Randolph Macon College, a Master of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship from Babson College, and Harvard University’s Graduate School of Design’s Advanced Management Development Program.
