Dylan De Prosperis

REAL ESTATE ANALYST

Dylan is a Real Estate Analyst specialized in underwriting for-sale and income-producing assets.

Born and raised in Rome, Dylan moved to the U.S. where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Sustainability, from Saint Mary’s College of California. He went on to complete the Abbey Master of Real Estate Development + Design at the University of California, Berkeley, graduating with Honors in 2025. During his time at Berkeley, he was awarded the prestigious Ricardo & Lisa Capretta Capstone Honors Award in recognition of his outstanding academic and project work.

Before joining Dowling Company in 2025, Dylan gained hands-on experience at his family’s residential development firm in Rome and with mixed-use developers throughout Italy. Dylan was also a member of the Italian National Golf Team from 2013 to 2021 and competed as a NCAA Division I student-athlete in Saint Mary’s College of California’s golf team
