The Department of Hawaiian Home Lands – alongside Dowling Company, Inc. – handed over the keys to Maui’s newest homestead on July 18. The Riley family is the first to settle in to their new home at Pu’uhona in Waikapū. The move-in marks a major milestone for the department as its first Act 279 project and the Valley Isle’s first turnkey development in 17 years.
