Wailuku Civic Center

Phase 1A and 1B of the Wailuku Civic Center will buildout the infrastructure improvements (demolition, site improvements, and utility installation) and parking structure in central Wailuku.

The project has a construction budget of $41 M and will include a four-story, 428-stall parking garage, which will double the capacity of the Wailuku Municipal Parking Lot, as well as 40 EV charging stations. The project was designed to support retail, farmers markets, and festivals in central Wailuku. Dowling Company is serving in a construction management capacity for the County of Maui.
