Villages of Leiali‘i 1B

The Villages of Leialiʻi 1-B Homestead is a planned residential development in Lahaina comprised of approximately 155 single-family turn-key homes for the Department of Hawaiian Home Lands (DHHL) beneficiaries.  

Spanning approximately 50 acres, it is situated mauka of the Lahaina Civic Center and north of the existing Villages of Leialiʻi 1-A homestead community.  Provided all entitlements and regulatory approvals are obtained, Dowling Company, Inc. anticipates that infrastructure construction for the project will commence in 2026. Delivery of the first homes will begin in 2028, with estimated completion in 2031. DHHL will be providing approximately $128 million of funding for construction of the project onsite and offsite infrastructure.
