Lahaina DOE Workforce Housing

The new 47-unit rental housing complex, located between Princess Nāhiʻenaʻena Elementary and Lahainaluna High School, is being developed through a collaborative effort between the Hawai‘i State Department of Education, the County of Maui, and Dowling Company.

We are honored to be involved in this project, which reflects a shared commitment to building resilience and ensuring a stable future for West Maui, where educators can live and thrive in the communities they serve. Estimated completion in early 2026. Dowling Company is serving as the project’s Construction Management.
