Kehalani Village Center

Kehalani Village Center is a commercial project consisting of 13 for-sale spatial condominium pads on approximately 19-acres of land in Wailuku, Maui.

Tenants include Longs Drugs, Foodland, McDonald’s, Maui County Federal Credit Union, and First Hawaiian Bank. Fully built-out, the project is expected to consist of 180,000 SF of commercial, office, and retail space. Dowling Company is serving as the development and construction manager for this project.
