Project Coordinator
Tia was born and raised in Kula, Maui. Tia recently completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University, with a degree in Public Policy and a minor in Cultural Anthropology.
Her responsibilities at Dowling involve researching and lobbying legislation that promotes green building standards and smart growth at the County and State level. She is also a LEED Accredited Professional and contributes to the green development aspects of Dowling projects.
