Green Development Manager
Jennifer is responsible for leading Dowling Company's green development. She is a LEED Accredited Professional and is experienced with the LEED for New Construction, Core and Shell, and Homes green building rating systems.
Jennifer earned a Master in Design Studies degree at the Harvard Graduate School of Design, concentrating in Management and Real Estate. Prior to this, she earned a Bachelor of Architectural Science degree from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.
Jennifer is a founding member of the U.S. Green Building Council Hawaii Chapter and has served as Board Member, Pacific Regional Council Delegate and Residential Green Building Advocate for the organization. She is also a graduate of the Pacific Century Fellows program.
