We are very proud to continue our work with The State of Hawaii's Department of Hawaiian Home Lands in the development of a new 96-home neighborhood called Waiehu Kou 4. Waiehu Kou 4 will consist of 96 homes, 84 of which will be fully built out, and 12 which will be built by the families that will occupy them with the assistance of Habitat for Humanity Maui. Those families that opt to participate in the construction of their own homes will save a considerable amount on their mortgages through their "sweat equity". Located on the Waihee side of Phase 3, Waiehu Kou 4 will consist of 35 acres. New home designs will blend with Phases 2 and 3, while expanding the vision for the whole Waiehu Kou Community.
